health dramas
i now have experienced the horror of seeing my child have a seizure.
it was seriously scary business.
he is ok now, of course, and all is well, but the trip in the ambulance and hospital stay - complete with very scary tests for a 3 year old - were not my idea of a fun way to spend the weekend.

thanks hon.
Jo,
I am glad everything was ok in the end but definitely will say some prayers, that can't be easy.
Just thought I would stop by your blog and say hello, since I haven't seen you or Sumara round MM recently, but then I'm not sure how much I'll be seeing me around there either ... nothing "wrong" just this whole graduate thing may eat up considerable amounts of time and may not have as much time to write (plus, until book 7 comes out there may not be much to do except split increasingly finer and finer hairs :) ), but I do plan to keep writing some. Maybe I'll kick up my own blog again for other interesting stuff too that I can just toss up there and not need to write so tightly and all (well, my writing has never been exactly tight when it's not in a paper that's getting graded for a class, but when writing on subject on MM I at least have to tip my hat to the doorman of conciseness).
Anyway, just thought I would drop by and say hello and see what you've been up to over here ... I think I'll stop by Sumara's blog to and drop a comment
Merlin
hey merlin.
no worries about being so busy. i suspected as much. i'll have to drop by your blog too from time to time.
3rd born has been well since the incident, but will be going on a medication to prevent further seizures.... it's so hard to see them in pain.
hope your studying brings you heaps of satisfaction.
and hope to talk to you from time to time....
